Enjoy complimentary parking when hosting an event at Bayview Yards. We’re only a short walk to the Ottawa LRT or a bike ride along the Ottawa Parkway.
When planning an event, parking and accessibility are always key considerations. Whether you are walking, cycling, using public transit, enjoying the light rail, or driving, Bayview Yards is centrally located and easily accessible. Located beside the Ottawa River Pathway and many other routes, Bayview Yards is easily reachable via bicycle. We offer ample bike racks at the front and back of our building throughout all seasons. Our building is only 550 m away from Bayview Station, which serves multiple bus routes, as well as the O-Train light rail transit line. If driving, your guests can enjoy parking on-site at a minimal cost.

A designated heritage site of the city of Ottawa, Bayview Yards was built in 1941 as a municipal garage, repairing trucks and various vehicles. It earned the heritage site designation as being the last example of this type of architecture available in the city. Much of the original building has been reclaimed and incorporated into the modern, industrial aesthetic. The garage doors, original bay windows, beams, and much more are integrated into our space.
