The Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards

Artist Renderings

The Bayview Yards design and build team led by Barry Hobin and Associates Architects, Morley Hoppner and skilled project managers transformed the former City Works Building #4 located at 7 Bayview Road into the first entrepreneurial hub of its kind in the Ottawa Region. We were delighted to open this incredible facility in fall 2016.

We invite you to take a look back at this incredible transformation by exploring the artistic renderings below – designed by the talented teams at Hobin Architecture and 4té. Images provided courtesy of Fineline Perspectives and Hobin Architecture.
